Finally, we used to like a small cup of gelato at night from the coffee shop. Other issues: dirty machines on the casino floor, poor ventilation, limited coffee service (they used to have coffee carts). You are left with the expensive Willows steakhouse, and grab-and-go coffee shop and Chinese or tacos in the food court. Half of the food court (the burger and pizza places) are closed until 6:30pm. The cafe, buffet, and pool bar have been closed since the pandemic and have not reopened. The food options are incredibly limited, compared to what they used to offer. Although there is a no pets sign at checkin, there was a dog yelping for about 30 minutes the morning we checked out. Issues on our last visit included: stains on the sheers/curtains, a water closet barn door that would only open/close halfway, and a shower head clogged with lime scale. By my calculation, the rooms in the tower are about 6 years old. Unfortunately, the quality has been trending downward since the pandemic.
